त्रैगुण्यविषया वेदा निस्त्रैगुण्यो भवार्जुन । निर्द्वन्द्वो नित्यसत्त्वस्थो निर्योगक्षेम आत्मवान् ॥ ४५ ॥

traiguṇyaviṣayā vedā nistraiguṇyo bhavārjuna | nirdvandvo nityasattvastho niryogakṣema ātmavān ‖ 45 ‖

वेद तीन गुणों की बात करते हैं; हे अर्जुन, तुम इन तीनों गुणों से ऊपर उठो। सुख-दुख जैसे जोड़ों से मुक्त रहो, सदा सत्य में टिके रहो, चीज़ें पाने और बचाने की चिंता छोड़ो, और अपने आत्मा में स्थिर रहो।
